Allan’s passion for football was aroused way back when he began kicking a ball as a young boy. This led to a professional career, playing for Ikast FS and FC Midtjylland in Denmark. In 2001, he was sold to SC Heerenveen in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, he was forced to retire in 2004 after long periods on the bench due to injury. Allan then moved to Copenhagen to work as an estate agent, but life without football was difficult. In 2007, he started his own football agency, Elite Consulting. He felt that his experience, knowledge of the business and negotiating skills could give professional footballers the help he wished he had had while he was still playing professionally. For the few hours in the day when Allan is not working, he is a busy father of two. Therefore, a few quiet hours on the golf course every now and then work wonders.

Christian cares passionately about football and has a thorough understanding of the game. Over the years, he has worked as a football analyst for Swedish, Norwegian and Danish companies. Before joining the Elite Consulting team in 2017, Christian was CEO and sales director for an international company. Outside the professional realm, Christian enjoys a fulfilling personal life. He is married and proud parents of two wonderful children. They reside in Sejs-Svejbæk, a charming locality just outside Silkeborg.
Danny Olsen

Danny enjoyed a long career as a professional footballer in Danish clubs such as AB, FC Nordsjælland, FC Midtjylland, AGF and Hobro IK. He played over 300 matches in the Danish Superliga, numerous youth internationals and one match for the national first team. Danny retired from football in the summer of 2019 when he joined the Elite Consulting family. He is still very much involved in football, makes use of his experience on the field and focuses on helping young talents plan their careers. Family time with his wife and two daughters is a high priority for Danny, but he also enjoys a good round of golf and a glass of red wine with his friends.
Ebbe Sand

Ebbe needs no further introduction to the Danish football scene. 188 games and 85 goals for Brøndby, sent the dangerous dane to German giants, Schalke 04 where he had 7 successful seasons with 276 games and 105 goals as a result. At the Danish national team, Ebbe was also a great success. He played 66 games and scored 22 goals. Here among a World Cup record for fastest substitute goal in the iconic 4-1 match against Nigeria in 1998. After his active career, Ebbe has, among other things, started a football academy in Shanghai, been sports director of Brøndby IF and for several years been attacking coach for the Danish national team. He is happy to share his experience, and especially the offensive players at Elite Consulting can look forward to getting an advice on the absolute top level.
On a daily basis, Ebbe lives in Copenhagen, he is married and has two sons. In his spare time, Ebbe enjoys being with family and friends and is still very active and practices TRI when not playing paddle tennis or football.
Halldór Ragnar Emilsson

Halldór is Elite Consulting representative in Iceland. Halldór has an extensive youth coaching experience ranging back to 2003 at FC Stjarnan and has a UEFA B coaching license from The Icelandic FA. Halldór has comprehensive knowledge about Icelandic football both on youth and senior level and has worked with several Icelandic talents. Halldór holds a BSc degree in Economics from the University of Iceland and a MSc degree in Finance and International Business from Aarhus Business School. Halldór has been working as a specialist /manager in the financial and automotive sector since 2011.
When Halldór is not at work he loves to play golf, do CrossFit, watch his stepsons play football and spend quality time with his family.
Daniel Wolthers Andersen

Daniel is a former pro golfer and has competed in numerous tournaments in Denmark and Europe. He therefore knows what it is like to be a professional athlete. Daniel no longer plays professionally but he still enjoys a good round of golf but has instead dedicated his work life to football. Daniel grew up with football as a big part of his life and has a great understanding and passion for the game. Daniel is based in Asia and therefore his focus is on the football clubs in this region. This gives him a great advantage understanding the culture and expanding Elite Consulting’s network.
Daniel holds a master's degree in business management and work experience from jobs in sales, marketing and teaching.
Marlene Bak

Marlene is a qualified marketing economist and also holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Marketing Management. She has 15 years’ experience in project management, marketing and PR from working in the Danish media industry at TV3, MTV and Aller. Marlene is Elite Consulting’s jack-of-all-trades, responsible for PR, marketing, HR and administrative support for Elite Consulting’s agents. Marlene enjoys her spare time with her family. She loves to travel, explore the world and race down the ski slopes. Marlene is also a keen winter bather and often enjoys a cold dip in Oresund.

Christina holds a Master's Degree in Branding and Communication and has 15 years of experience in working with branding and B2C communication at Aller and Bonnier Publications. Moreover, Christina has a long history of engaging with sports and commercial partners. She runs a sports company that builds bridges between sports brands and consumer by providing training and sports camps. She is also a keen sports journalist and is the face of the largest sports publication in Scandinavia, Iform. Christina enjoys spending time in nature mostly on a hillside either running, hiking, or snowboarding.
